The project brief aimed to design a one-stop health app. The biggest challenge was to narrow down the features in the app. This was because the brief hinted at a very broad spectrum of aspects to include in one app. User research was the key to unlocking user needs and pain points and establishing the Olive framework. During the user-centered design process, I realized that all phases were equally important as they help you analyze and iterate your design to be user-friendly. My experience in designing Olive provided me with a deeper understanding of digital design. The next steps are to build Olive and test it.
